Go to the home page and click Find Your Institution. Select your country, then your institution. Choose whether you are a Student, Teacher or Admin and enter your email and password.
On the login page, click Forgot your password? Enter your registered email and we'll send you a reset link valid for 1 hour. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Log in as a student, go to your dashboard and fill in the Generate Learning Plan form. Enter your subject, level, goals, struggles, study time and confidence level. Click Generate My Learning Plan — our AI creates a personalised roadmap in 10–15 seconds. You can generate up to 3 plans per day.
The risk score (0–100) shows how at-risk a student is academically. 🔴 High (70+) — urgent support needed. 🟡 Medium (40–69) — monitor closely. 🟢 Low (below 40) — on track.
You need to be assigned to courses by your institution's IT Admin. Once assigned, students who generate learning plans for those courses appear on your dashboard automatically.
Log in as IT Admin → Admin Dashboard → Create Teacher Account section. Fill in the teacher's name, email and password, tick which courses they teach, then click Create Teacher Account.
Institution registration is handled by your IT Admin or institution manager. They visit Find Your Institution → Register Your Institution, fill in the institution details, courses offered, country and contact information. Once submitted, the EduPath AI team reviews and approves it — the institution then automatically appears on the world map under the correct country.

Yes. EduPath AI uses 256-bit encryption, all passwords are hashed, data is institution-scoped, and all logins are audit-logged. Student data is never shared between institutions. We comply with GDPR and international data protection standards.
Go to your student dashboard → click on any learning plan → scroll down to the Weekly Check-in section → fill in your hours studied, topics covered, confidence and mood → click Submit Check-in.
Teachers log in → go to Video Library in the top nav → click Upload Video → enter a title, subject, paste a YouTube URL or upload a file, then click Upload. Students can then watch from their own Video Library page.
